David P
I retrofitted cruise control (and active spoiler) to my "N/A". Add; a behind the dash bulkhead-loom to Scotts list and it's plug & play.
Style
I have a complete NA Cruise Control setup. Still on my race car as the moment. Put your finger in the air who ever wants it. Lyndon. How much would you want for it mate? I quite fancy a cruise control option

Unless you already have the large green connector for cruise ecu on your existing loom. I do. I think I just need the brake switch.. I cant find a part number. Iky
I retro fitted it to mine as well. My supra did not have any of the cruise wiring. I got connectors from a breaker and thanks to David who gave me a loom. The only bit i still cant figure out is where to tap in for the auto gearbox drive/park switch. Ive tested it and it works. . TSeng
Just to ask guys - can any other Toyota/Lexus steering wheel be used to control the cruise control? My 93 N/A has all the parts needed fitted - but has had an aftermarket steering wheel fitted, thus has no cruise control stalk.

I love the standard 3 spoke wheel I currently have. Losing this is the only trade off!!
David P
I'd be interested to know this too. I love the standard 3 spoke wheel I currently have. Losing this is the only trade off!! There are 2 different Supra cruise stalks. (Lexus ones look same but are different electronics) 3 spoke wheel stalk and 4 spoke wheel stalk, the matching one can be retrofitted to either stock wheel. So I need a 3 spoke stalk and that'll fit directly onto my standard, Jspec, 3 spoke, non-airbag wheel?
David P
Yes, if you can find one. I couldn't, so I used one from a Lexus 3 spoke wheel and changed the circuit board inside for a 4 spoke Supra one.

Rubbish pic I know, but it's under the alarm siren. Does this mean the loom is all in place? In which case I'd just need to check I have a 4 pin brake switch, and get the motor / cable / stalk / ECU??
David P
That means you have the correct engine bay loom, yet that doesn't mean you have the correct bulkhead-loom behind the dash. You need to look for the cruise ECU socket, if it has it, it'll be next to the crash bar behind the clock.
Si_s Supe
Ok, I'll take a look when I get the chance. Just ordered some replacement LEDs as the illumination on the heater dial and buttons isn't working, so the dash will no doubt have to come apart to change those. David P
You only need to remove the lower kick panel to see, I'd save the dash out job to do along with the cruise wiring if needed.
