three techincal question 2jzge (air intake, headers/manifold and manual transmission)

hi, everyone, I have to make 3 technical questions for you :

I have a toyota supra 94'sz 2jzge auto

 

1 ) I mounted this :

JIC -Magic type 505 Toyota Supra JZA80 3 " Full Stainless Exhaust

 

Now I would like to mount this :

Details on the OBX Exhaust Manifold Headers 98-05 Lexus GS300 3.0L I6

Know if it is fully compatible with my car?

 

 

2 ) I would like to replace my intake system :

 

With this :

1992 TOYOTA TRUCK 3.0L V6 EFI Secret Weapon R Cold Air Intake System Kit

the maf has been moved from the old owner so I have no problems , but I wanted

I can understand if you remove that part of the tube that is connected to a tank

(circled in red) .... I do not understand what it's (an additional tank for air circulation ? do not know)

 

 

3 ) I'm looking on the forum a guide for converting from auto to manual transmission W58

( parts needed , if all the pieces fit together without making any changes etc ...)

I have no idea if the Lexus headers would fit, but I would think not . . .

 

But why buy a set of OBX Headers for a Lexus when you can buy a set for the Supra?! (Normally these American headers don't fit our UK cars, as the steering column is that side - but guess you don't have a problem.)

 

The plastic containers under the Air Intake I believe are a Resonator System, which will change the Standing Waves so have been designed by Toyota presumably to improve the throttle response across the rev range.

 

I believe there are plenty of notes on here about converting your Auto to a Manual . . . obviously you will need a Gearbox, Flywheel, Clutch, Manual Brake & Clutch Pedals, Clutch Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave cylinder. You'll also need to do a bit of wiring to short the neutral start switch.

1) I prefer these obx headers for lexus because the kit is including sports cat from 100cell (in one pearl above is all straight) and considering that both mountain 2jzge should be equal, my question is mainly due if the original o2 sensor fit with this type of headers.

 

2) ok, so i can remove it with simplicity.

 

3) because I'm interested in the speech of the wiring. but there is a guide that specifies all of the changes to make? thanks for everything.

1) Yes but although the headers will fit the ENGINE, I doubt if they will fit the CAR ! (and mate up to the rest of the exhaust system on the Supra)

 

2) Sure, but as I explained, you will probably lose some performance

 

3) I expect there is a guide on here somewhere, but I don't know where
