Tsia
Hi guys, So this is what happens when you have clever friends with free time. It's a custom boost gauge that displays in kpa, psi and bar. It has a peak warning (flashes and another output, 7 in fact, can be added) and has history graphs built in. I'll be installing it somewhere this weekend, not sure where yet! It looks far too good not to, though! Tsia
Thought you might like it I'm in two minds about where to put it. I'll either cut a rectangle from the upper glovebox as it's a dark acrylic to match the Defi gauge already in the car, so when it's off, it's just a black square and the screen is only visible when it's on. Alternatively, I was thinking up in the very top right hand corner of the windscreen so it's not in the way so to speak, but is still very visible to me. Hmmm. Either way, we'll hopefully be using the 3D printer to sort out a proper bracket/mount for it.
listy
I'd go top glove box, angled towards the driver. Either that, or custom mounted below the stereo. That would involve moving any controls you have under the stereo though (traction control, active spoiler etc). All depends how big it is, it's hard to tell from the video. buster
Looks like a great bit of kit
Tsia
It would fit below the heater controls and things, but I like the OEM+ look I have going on at the minute and don't really want to cut it apart. Top glove box would be quite an easy one really, I suppose I could just fibreglass it in, tilted towards me. Food for thought!
