The cost of an R154 swap is more than some NA's these days. Poor little NA's!

All-in mine cost me about £1,600.

 

But when I factor in what I sold my W58 components for it was in the region of £850, not bad for what I think is the ideal set-up for my needs.

 

Of course there is no labour on top of that, I keep sending myself bills but I keep returning them with a note to say there is no one here by that name.

They're also found in the R34-GTR

 

It's not the same box.. might be related.. but the gearing is different, bell housing, it has a 4wd transfer case, different output shaft etc.. but I think you knew that.
