listy
Unlike the gauge I have now, this one takes a reading from a boost pressure sensor. Now, all the vac hose side of things I'm fine with, as I'll just use the hose already present. The question I have, is where should wire the gauge wires into. On the gauge I have in now, it is just wired to the cig lighter, as it was only temporary. It works absolutely fine that way, but would I benefit by wiring it elsewhere? listy
I think I've just worked it out Except, what does "ACC" mean? (in box 7 on instructions)
Tsia
ACC is the 12v. - - - Updated - - - i.e. if you don't have the 2nd wire connected, it won't change with the headlights. Hence 'No connect' for those options. Used to have Prosports in my old MR2 - which one have you got?
listy
So, this is how I understand it for red (amber) lighting: Red wire - Pos on ignition Black - Neg on ignition???? Green - boost sensor Orange - Pos on ignition Is that right???
Tsia
Yes. Assuming amber is the secondary colour.
listy
I have this one But mine doesn't have Peak on it (unless they sent me the wrong (and more expensive) one) I'll find out when I wire it in.
listy
Yes. Assuming amber is the secondary colour. I want the amber as the only colour. It states in the instructions connect orange wire to ACC and not to connect the white wire. So I just connect the amber wire to a positive power source?
