I'm still trying to track down my old green NA, have been since 2011! According to the Dvla it's been exported, hoping it's been spotted by someone on here! I'm just curious to see if it's still on the road and an NA or if it's been changed at all or scrapped.

The reg was - N3 RGJ

Why don't you just put yours back to stock body and spray it green? Surely cheaper and easier than buying another car and swapping shells?

Because what I want to do with the car won't be stock bodied mate, plus I am that vain I want it to say 6P3 on the vin plate. I have thought more about just re-spraying as a very last result tbh

Because he wants an original green one from the factory I think :)

Get a proper spray job (DAW or such) done and then just get a machine shop somewhere to make you a VIN plate with 6P3 and all updated info (V161 etc.) on it. All of the other details on the plate (diff code, transmission code, engine code, interior trim etc.) of your old NA would be wrong once you swap everything over anyway

Thought you wouldn't be allowed to make up and use a new vin plate?
