I/C piping + boost problem

have 2 questions but didnt want to start 2 threads..

first off...is there anyway to refit the stock airbox with FMIC hardpipes?..i remember reading a long time ago that there was a way to do it but cant find it.

secondly...i had 2 decats in my car with a restrictor ring but it kept hitting boost cut...so i put back in the 2nd cat for more restriction but its still creeping over 1bar...i thought having one cat in it would have been sufficiant.

thanks

It's only the cheaper FMIC's that foul the stock intake box, most of the Japanese branded FMIC's clear. If yours is fouling then you could get a new Turbo - FMIC pipe made.

The 2nd cat is the least restrictive of the 2, in this colder weather I wouldn't be surprised if it is spiking above 1bar, have you tried fitting the restrictor ring and 2nd cat, that may help lower it sufficiently or fit an FCD and the other BPU mods.
