When I strip my engine down to fit my billet cam belt tensioner bracket I was wondering weather to do this to mine! Is it just as simple as welding the star shaped piece to the sprocket or does it need to be fixed in a very precise position? I've put a picture below for what I'm on about. That's where I've seen the pictures of it done but mine is in really good condition and wondered if I could save myself the £100 odd cost and do my own sprocket. Thanks, now that you've pointed it out I can see the bit your on about opposite where the woodruff key goes that the star locates into.
