MattP
So much work to go yet I spent the day cleaning up gasket surfaces and where the old cam seals had been weeping down the back of the block as is supra cam cover seal tradition.. Bossco
Nice mate, but you should have gone chrome
MattP
I thought about it the powder coaters did have a chrome paint that looked good but I ended up with black and a pearl like paint for the turbo pipes, intake, power steering etc
TuneR
Love the detail in this thread mate, i should've went and had my covers painted when i had them off but i wanted the seal change done quickly. Needn't have bothered in the end. I would've stuck with the 18's as well but i like the alloys you have on now. Would suit it perfect if they were 18's. I like the way you have everything labeled, i always wish id have done that lol.
MattP
I must have spent a day just on bagging and labelling haha. I will be putting 18s back on just when I've finished all the other bits first

BOB B
Did you do any prep work on any of the parts or did they do all that as well?
MattP
Did you do any prep work on any of the parts or did they do all that as well? Just disassembly and bagging and tagging bits I handed the bits to the guy smothered in oil etc but he dips the parts and blasts them. So no mate just hand them over as they are
