Clifford Alarm (identifying and other advice)

I only have one key and fob for my motor as the other one was misplaced by the previous owner.... Since my car has no locks I am totally relying on the fob/central locking for getting in and out of the car (being an aero I could break into it but I haven't practised this LoL)

I have a Clifford alarm but unsure about the model, However I have come across a black box with a serial and and 5 digit code underneath the dash (valet code?) I guess this is good news as it allows me to code another key fob.

I have a few questions to ask though

1. Does the car have a stock immobiliser within the key? And does the clifford alarm overwrite this?

I want to create another copy of my key as its the only key that I have that will start the engine

2. how do I identify the model of my current alarm?

Mainly so I can order another key fob, and maybe purchase extras like remote start etc

If its any help my fob looks like this
