I've got my Dad's Mondeo, I'm sorting out a BHG on it, and I heard in one place that the crank pulley bolt needs to be junked and a new one bought. Other than that I just can't find any info, part numbers, or even the bolt itself anywhere on ebay, google, forums, parts websites etc. Surely if it needed binning and replacing there would be a market for them like there is for gasket sets and head bolts??
