It will be a batch of 20 tickets to start with, and then more batches in the weeks that follow so everybody gets a chance to track one down. Keeping numbers around the 40 cars this time. tooquicktostop Posted December 29, 2013 Share Posted December 29, 2013 Right, I am on for this, missed out last year setting up the new business and had such a laugh in 2012 I also thought it might be nice to offer The Falcon hotel and restaurant as a stop off point for those travelling from far up north, perhaps arrive the day before, have a drink and meal with me and we all leave for the hotel/meet point in the morning, or perhaps the hotel/meet point the night before, could extend the fun a little and break up the journey a bit Would be happy to work out a special bed, bfast and dinner price as a Dragonball special Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Branners Posted December 29, 2013 Author Share Posted December 29, 2013 On the buffet side of things, I'm hoping to have numbers before the event so we can make sure the hotel cater enough. It may be possible to pay on the day but I couldnt guarantee it and I wouldnt want us to run out of food. The hotel is not in a major restaurant area, but it does have a normal restaurant so if people miss the buffet they can order from the menu.
