First set of lights for furbing

They look really good Scott.

Do the chrome surrounds of the running lights need to be left chrome, or can they be sprayed black too?

Can paint just about anything within reason :D

The chrome rings are just left for the facelift appearance :)

Do you put any protective coating on the lenses to prevent them going yellow again?

I only ask as my car came with one rather yellow light and one crystal clear almost new headlight. I had the yellow one sanded and mopped when the car was sprayed in summer and it's already yellow again.

I am thinking of sending them to you as would prefer the facelift look but don't want one going yellow again after a few months.

I don't put anything on them bud. I must admit, I've not had this issue with any of the ones I have done previously, I only ever kept them for a month or 2 before having another brainstorm. But to be honest I couldn't tell you where all of mine are lol, dotted around the country somewhere.

Sanding it probably didn't help unfortunately. This would have taken the polished coating off of the front of the lens. Not sure if this is perhaps the issue?

Scott just another question about the chrome rings, have you ever thought about doing some LED angel eye type mod, if at all possible?

Anything's possible mate, it's a bitch of a job though. Mine are CCFL which, IMO, look better than LED. The separated dots just don't look right in a circle.
