pedrosixfour
would there be any sense in upgrade the front brake discs and pads and use the stock TT caliper? If you mean the larger 4 piston caliper then yes. what discs can people recommend ? These. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?294570-New-3G-10-GR-Brake-Disks-(323mm)-For-use-with-4-piston-front-calipers I've a set of as new Hawk high performance pads to suit these disks as well. If I wasn't slightly retarded I wouldn't have any of these available to sell. But I am, so I do!
Dnk
on another note .. would there be any sense in upgrade the front brake discs and pads and use the stock TT caliper ? and what discs can people recommend ? Tobias For normal use i wouldn't bother, stock discs and pads work very well, well they did on my car with the uk set up along with braided lines and new brake fluid And they're cheap in comparison to most other set ups, especially the discs Edited October 17, 2013 by Dnk (see edit history)

I would not use this setup on a road car due to the extra noise, on track is different, after a hard track session I pulled into the pits and the dust caps had melted and were dripping onto the floor
bignum
I`m still on uk`s with race pads, fluid and braided lines, i can`t fault the braking performance and never get fade however we`re getting through a set of front pads in 2 trackdays whereas bigger brakes would probably last longer.
