hodge
I've need doing some work on Kopites car. after a visit to the ring he's boiled his brake fluid and it was like treacle. I've drained the system, flushed and refilled it. Brakes are working perfect now but the ABS light and MIL light are still on. What's the procedure to reset the light. The car is a single turbo facelift with an AEM ECU. Any help would be great. Cheers John
bignum
That normally means there is a problem with the abs, have you tried ditching the battery for a couple of minutes.
Lee P
You should be able to do a diagnostic on the ABS ecu the same as the others. Most likely an ABS sensor but the code should tell you
hodge
The engine bay diagnostic port has been removed from the engine bay. I'm i right in thinking the one in the cabin is an ODB2 on a facelift VVTI?
