tony tt
Any ideas folks? I'm insured through admiral just now and there telling me if I fit a rear roll cage for show use they won't cover my car. Do you know any companies that will cover the car with the cage fitted? Thanks.
SPG
I'm sure Sky can cover you T, also the likes of CCI and perhaps Lynbrooke could cover you also.

tony tt
How much you paying bud? With sky £550 with everything declared. Admiral was £630 so it's not a bad deal.

Would have thought a grandad like you would have got it cheaper than that Doesn't sound too bad though, given that Insurance has been on the rise
tony tt
I didn't first start insuring a car in my own till 3 years ago mate. I was always a named driver on my dad's policy to keep the cost down because I had too many points on my licence. It will come down eventually. Dnk
Sky seem to understand the mods that are done Admiral are just clueless. Admirals specialist area is covering everyday run of the mill cars that are only worth whatever the book value is, a car like the mkiv supra is not a car i'd even bother asking them to quote whether its modded or stock, their value of it wont be anything like what you think it is. If you have a different from the norm car you need specialist insurance Edited October 9, 2013 by Dnk (see edit history)
