MarcusEJ
Afternoon gents, haven't been on here for a while so hope everyone is doing well. A tad curious for some knowledge as to why on a cold start my supra is letting out blue smoke but when completely warm on traveling no sign of the blue smoke. Any advice would be much appreciated gents
stevie_b
Your valve stem seals are worn. Common problem which is fixed by replacing the seals.
SupraDan24
As above, steam seals. There is a guide on how to change them somewhere I believe. If your going it yourself you'll need a good Torque Wrench
Dim Sum
Could it be the oil.

Thanx Budget £500 if you can find someone to do it with the head on… It's a long and torturous process that takes all day and will ruin your back. Josh
In case you're feeling adventurous - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?49859-How-To-Valve-Stem-Seal-Replacement
Chris Wilson
Bear in mind if the age / mileage is enough to show valve stem oil seal leakage there's every chance the valve guides themselves, especially the exhaust valve guides, are badly worn, too. Just replacing the stem seals is only a short term fix.
