mike33
Has anybody on here fitted any running lights to there car. Just wandered where you have put them and how they look?!!!
listy
I did put some on, then removed them a few days later. They were in the side vents in the bumper. There are pictures in my project thread in my sig. They looked pretty gash to be honest. The only way I can see them looking good is if they were moulded into the bumper. j_jza80
Dou you mean the 'look at me, I'm a Chav' twinkly things that people are sticking to the front of their cars? Just the latest in a long line of distasteful lighting mods, with such highlights as undercar neons, angel eyes and Lexus style rear lights. supra_ufo
Here is mine but I have an aftermarket bumper... I think Littler has some from heckler or they could be an LED version of the side lights. Im sure Heckler can make something to suit stock bumpers.... Dnk
My TRD had marker lights in the corners of the bumpers, looked good at night

supra joe
I went with the distasteful angel eyes myself I actually quite like the look of them on your car, makes it more aggressive looking. Did you do them yourself Scott ?

Yeah I like it too, strangely enough lol. Yeah, PITA to do right though. First time I did it I glued them on, looked OK but not great when looking properly close. Second time I burred out the centres and fitted them from behind, that was a real ballache but got there in the end

Nic
Regulations say that they should come on when the ignition is on and then turn off when the other lights are turned on. http://www.theaa.com/motoring_advice/safety/daytime-running-lights.html Edited September 13, 2013 by Nic (see edit history)
