Mgrene
Hello Everybody. This is the first time I need to prepare the car for a 6 months winther period, where the car most likely will not be used. How do you store your Supra for a longer period ? Any precations to be taken. E.g.: - Remove battery - Leave the fueltank almost empty - Remove the tires and mount old instead - Leave one window open (To avoid condensation) - Don't use the handbrake but put it in gear - Other The car will be stored in a garge meaning that it will no be exposed to rain, snow etc. but the garage is not heated. Sorry if this quesiton already been raised, still new here at the forum. Learning each day Michael.

Dnk
Drive it? Perhaps that's not an option in the winter in parts of Denmark
KamaSupra
My car has been garaged during the winter since I bough it 6-7 years ago and I've had no problems doing the following- I leave my battery on trickle charger. I leave my fuel tank basically full to the top to reduce condensation in the fuel tank. I keep the original tyres on and just move car forward and backwards to reduce flat spots while in garage whenever I give the car a run every 2 weeks. I always leave my windows shut. I leave my car in "Park" and handbrake off. Everyone has their own opinions and say running car parked up is bad for it etc, but nearly 7 years on I've no problems
