Lowering Electric Windows - Doors Not On Car

Bit of a strange one...

I've got a pair of spare doors and I've just had to move them from one storage place to another (smaller unfortunately) and they would take up far less room if the glass was down. Does anyone know how to power the electric windows down?

Thanks

Dan

Massive hammer.... :D

Just get a battery and some wire and look at the multiplug on the motor. You should be able to identify the two wires that feed the motor, 1 in each direction. Find the earth, stick it on one pin, if it clicks but doesn't move, it'll be the other one.

I'll try that, thanks.

Can you not just take the glass out?

Sod that. I'll have to store the glass then as well! :D
