JamieP
I had a street max years ago, was fine at 630bhp.

TheTurtleshead
Another street max over here on a previous setup. Was that with a stock disck and flywheel Luc? What torque did it hold?
Luxluc
I went with the RPS flywheel James. I pushed 626 and 550ftlbs through the RPS street clutch on S366 with stock engine and 264 cams. The next step was intake and more boost, so I upgraded the street max to 6 puck. On that setup, the clutch easily handled 650rhhp. Edited February 15, 2015 by Luxluc (see edit history)
TheTurtleshead
Productive morning! Ryan, even though he is stuck in Turkey due to heavy snowfall, kept our agreed appointment this morning for a little bit of remote base-map-tweaking! What a legend The car is now lovely to drive off boost, and the idle issues I was seeing are all resolved, so cheers Mr.G! Roll on the arrival of the turbo kit next week! TheTurtleshead
After a loooong day, in the pissing rain, wrapped a home made poncho of bin bags and gaffer tape, the cams are in and shimmed!! HKS 256/264 Stagger cam combo- Had these for 2 years almost. HKS Type 2 Cam Pulleys- Had these for 3 years waiting to go on! I must say HKS cams FTW! Almost didn't need to shim them... 1/24 wasn't in tolerance. I shimmed a load anyway to get them as close to perfect as I could.

TheTurtleshead
Seeing as Lee's posted the pictures! This is the new SRD Turbo Kit in all it's glory. Specs of My Kit: -6266 CEA Billet Turbo -Twin Scroll SRD Manifold -HKS 60mm Wastegate -Open Screamer -3"DP -4" Intake I'll be writing a full review at the weekend, so far the experience of fitting has been exceptional. Incredibly comprehensive kit, with all the minor details that most other kits lack accounted for. A really excellent effort for a first turbo kit from Lee. It's also very customisable, Lee will cater to whatever power/spec you want. I added a DEI Turbo blanket and an EGT sensor on top of my kit. Here's my kit being prepared for shipping: Edited March 3, 2015 by TheTurtleshead (see edit history)
Chris Bailey
Looks lovely James! We have also gone for one of Lee's kits. Similar spec but we've gone for thr 6466 GEN2 and a 4" downpipe. The manifold is beautiful.

You might find you need a valve to shut it down when cruising, gonna drone like mad on an auto! Agreed, the manifold is finest car porn!
