rossky
hi owner of new 99 TT6, I bought the car with the issue thinking feckit ill look into it. So searching on here but cant find anything that useful. Basically my traction control light icl snow dont light in the dash, maybe its just the bulbs that are gone. I havn't even tested if it act working or not as i dont have car long. But it does feel like its off as ive had a few slips n slides(gota love these cars!) just wondering if it has come up in the past. I will test soon and give an update
straightsix
I would check the switch does something first - you may answer your own question if you at least take a look before asking! If everything works as it should, pull the dash panel and check that the switch is plugged in. If it is, there are a couple of very small bulbs in the switch that can be replaced. You could get hold of some 'grain of wheat' type bulbs and replace the bulb in the holder as per factory or you could find some bulbs in other Toyota/Lexus switches at a breakers. I always used to collect these small bulbs every time I went to the local scrap yard.
