mobius
Hi all about 6 weeks ago started the car and it was running really lumpy as if not firing on all cylinders, turned off and started again and all OK, thought maybe fuel as the tank had ran low a few days prior. Put a fuel treatment in to the tank and all OK, then a few days ago going to work the revs were not steady as I was driving and holding back on power, after 2 miles it sorted itself and all was OK. Today on the motorway was doing 55 mph and it felt like the car was struggling a bit and it sounded like the turbo was coming on a bit earlier to maintain speed up a hill. Any ideas, initial thoughts are fuel filter, or pump starting to give up the ghost, Checked coil pack connectors got engine running marigolds on and gave the connections a gentle wiggle all OK no missing or loss off power. Could be my imagination but it felt like the more acceleration I was using the car was struggling more. No Engine warning lights coming on and fault intermittent. Thanks
