monkey76364
Have had a look ad still not too sure, and from talking to a few people jut wanted some more info. The auto box on an N/A seems to be ok up to about 400bhp, after that would need a lot of work to get it to a better spec to take more power. Is it at all possible to put a TT auto box in, would it fit, would it work? Thoughts please? Am looking as Paul is outing my N/A-t kit on soon and want to see what is possible after as we will map it to 400bhp at 0.7 bar max as on the demo car he just did. WildFiresupra
Your alright upto 400bhp on the stock box. Start pushin more power out, the torque converter will eventually start slipping and give up. That's one of my car's unfortunate weaknesses till I can get the boostlogic built box from America. I'm putting out 570bhp at the moment at 1.6 bar. So no wonder the auto box is dying on me slowly. Don't know whether the TT box will fit on the na. I'd recommend saving up for the boostlogic box. Spoke to the guys at boostlogic today and for the package upgrade, an auto box, a precision 3200 hi stall torque converter and shipping came to £2245! Heard its an awesome box and very quick on the strip and changes gear very quick. Worth looking into. chris0132
That's actually quite cheap I was told it was in the £3k area so was toying between getrag or them, now I'm defo gonna get auto still and save for one of the boostlogic boxes
Swampy442
Or get your box built by a specialist for a load less than that. I bough Jamesy's old (trashed) Boostlogic box, had it built by a drag specialist for up to 750 torques for way less than a grand.
monkey76364
I looked at the boostlogic but thought it was much more than that, sounds like a good plan. Although if there is someone that can do the work over here for a good price and knows why they are doing, need it to be reliable, then that's an option. Im sure I saw he did somework to Jamesy's old boostlogic box. I may be wrong though!

Chris Bailey
No dude, I bought the shattered remains of Jamesy's Boostlogic box, and had it upgraded by a specialist recommended by Michel What was wrong with the boostlogic box? Apart from Jamesy running 825bhp through a 700bhp rated box? Lol
Kaan W
I would go with the Titan box, this is what I have and is rated to 800+whp. The last one I had burnt out due to a bad torque converter but apart from that I don't think there's been another failure with this box but I've heard quite a few boostlogic box's failing. Just my opinion though...
