Clutch slave travel, setup (OS Giken triple)

Can anyone tell me the travel length you get from the v160 slave?

Reason I ask is I've just fitted my v160x and osgiken triple plate clutch

Bled the slave up and have inspection panel off the side of the bell housing and I don't seem to be generating enough travel for the thrust bearing to go from just touching the diaphragm to disengaging the plates

The slave is from the v160 and its bigger than the w58 slave, but the master cylinders are identicle

I've bled the living daylights out of it, and am going mad

So can anyone enlighten me as to the travel generated at the fork where the slave pushrod meets it

That way I can be sure if I've got a slave/master problem or if its something else

If I adjust the pushrod length so the thrust is pushing into the diaphragm before you press the clutch then the clutch will disengage and it drives, but obviously this is bad as the thrust is constantly pushing the diaphragm and the clutch is never fully engaged

It's as if the slave gives me this |----|

And I need this |-------|

Any help would be much appreciated
