:help: I am looking at the above 1994 UK MR2 rev 3 this Tuesday for my Son, the MR2 has done 92,000 miles on 4 owners with all the right History e.g. all its MOTs & FTSH so it looks a promising MR2 but was wondering whether any one on here can advise me as to whether there is anything in particular I should look for when viewing / test driving this car ?

The MR2 is up for £3500.00 ono.

Thanks in anticipation

We've got one the same......Dont be put off by prices....Ours is worth good money still too, 'cause its a UK car. (Excellent motors - loads of cheap imports around - shame)) Tend to get through a bit of oil, - check level and condition. Check the fit of the T top glasses, (Rubber seals etc - check covers and cases are present and fit ok) Windows tend to leak when they wear too much. Drivers doors often seen to drop - check alignment. New clutch is a MAJOR pain in the ar53, so check its not slipping (They slip easily when worn) altogether bulletproof cars, Had ours years.......Service history always good.check the quality of the stamps for the usual forgeries/homemade stamps. Headlamp operation (Motors expensive) cant think of anything else really! Calipers always seizing - see if they look ok (car rolls along on slight slope ok) - check for warranty??

Great to own and drive, still look WOW today! AVOID RED - paint fades really easliy - look for milky pink patches!

Good luck!!!

And check when cambelt was done!!

But good luck they are great!
