Guest mwohaaahaahaa
Hi All, sorry for yet another one of these threads. I have done a search and found quite a lot of threads on here to do with this and some even have links to exactly what I am looking for. I.e. an install diagram and pictures for me to give to my mechanic to install the controller. Unfortunately virtually all the links I have found lead to pages that don't exist anymore or aren't great at explaining how to connect it to a sequential TT set up. I am getting the below symptoms. Please bear in mind this is one of the older Blitz dual SBC. between 2k and 3k rpm I am expecting some boost from the 1st turbo. something in the region of 0.7bar. Unfortunately although the gauge on the controller tells me there is a vacuum with a negative figure when I put my foot down it only goes to 0.00, then when I hit the second turbo round 4k rmp I get boost up to 0.74 bar. I can hear the dump vale releasing pressure if I put the supra in Manual mode, drive round in 1st up to 3k rpm and then release the throttle so I am fairly certain the first turbo is spooling up. Secondly I have the gain set to 12 and although I can put it up to 100 the manual I do have recommends gain of around 5 and other threads on hear have said that 5 - 15 should easily be enough. Even at the gain set to 12 I expect more boost than 0.74 bar. I have the boost warning and limiter set to 0.8 so that I can tell when the boost has increased and at least show that it is working. Unfortunately I am not competent enough to work on my car directly and I know there are things like 2 waste guages, plus it has a HKS SSQL BOV which also needs connecting up and there are othing things like VSVs or values etc.. that handle the prespooling of the second turbo etc.. please can someone give me a working link to a decent diagram and if possible some actual pictures of how the Dual SBC should be plumbed in specifically for the Supra with the Stock TT. Also If anyone has any ideas of what could be causing the above problems, I can relay these to my mechanic to get him to investigate. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
