Poshmalc
Hi guys, Bit of a strange one I'm afraid, but I'm ordering a steering wheel for a car I'm yet to buy and wondered if anyone knew the diameter and number of splines on an N/A steering column. I'm sure it's exactly the same as a tt Supra, but just wanted to check first. If it is the same, how many is that? Cheers in advance! Steve Paine
Can't help with number of splines and stuff, but there are threads on here regarding fitting Toyota steering wheels and possible fitment. Beware though I just tried to fit an Auris steering wheel to my jspec TT and the slip ring is different. Important factor as you need airbag, horn etc to work and it won't without the correct slipring. Also later toyota models have different electrical systems (canbus), so some others won't work. Choose carefully and things will be fine, but what I thought was a straightforward job has turned in to a nightmare!
Poshmalc
Cheers for the heads up mate, no it's simply going to be a Momo hub and wheel but the guy supplying it wanted to know the diameter and splines of the column Matt
Poshmalc
Anyone know the answer to this? Do TT wheels fit on N/A?
