Double Din headunit/Tablet Install?

I'm looking for a double din sized head unit. Budget around 100 to 150 roughly and I want it to be able to show details like boost/ AFR etc. is this possible on a stock ecu or is this something only an aftermarket ecu can put out?

 

i thought about an ipad mini, but as i said id want it to read boost levels, afrs etc and run it through an app, i remember seeing listys thread about it and some said you cant do it on a stock ecu? is this the case just for apple or is it any tablets/stereos?

 

I've seen this that may work as an adapter between the ecu and a tablet?

If this isnt an option ill just fit 3 gauges under a single din stereo i just think this would be a really good look and quite a unique mod.
