Rich.2211 Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 (edited) Just wondering whether I should be looking to purchase a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator for my NA-T setup. Fuel system so far is Walbro 255 fuel pump, 650cc Siemens Deka injectors, fuel dampener delete and new OEM fuel filter with a stock fuel rail. Power figures I'm only aiming for circa 400bhp at the flywheel for now but I'm not sure whether or not I will need an aftermarket FPR for that level of power? I understand on a TT they use a rising rate FPR but I think the NA one is different. Tricky-Ricky Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 N/A FPR work on a lessening vacuum as depression reduces with load/RPM, I don't actually think they can respond to positive pressure, therefor you will need one that can, I dare say a TT one will do, be careful of some of the cheap aftermarket ones though as they are pretty rubbish.
