C12MMO
Hi All, I have recently purchased a full set of refurbed UK Spec Brake Calipers and new disks. I missed out on the pads and brake lines so I need to purchase these aswel. Tomorrow I will be purchasing the CW Brake pads and want to purchase some stainless steel brake lines. I have 2 questions; 1) Which stainless steel brake lines should I get? 2) Where's the best place to get them? I've found goodridge stainless steel lines x 4 for £125ish, is this a good price? Thanks Karl
Al Massey
I have a set of good ridge hoses never used. I'm not 100% sure if its a full set. But definitely the fronts are in there and I think the rears are too Can check on Sunday as I'm away from my garage.

Westy
DoLuck are the best IMO as the have the best quality fittings and are great value. Got my set from Sumo for £45 delivered.
Big Mark
I have HEL from ebay on my car. They are a similar price to the Goodrich but the HEL has stainless fittings as well as hoses where as Goodrich fittings are zinc coated unless you pay extra for a full stainless kit. Stainless steel as standard with a clear covering on the hose itself.

Paul Whiffin
You cant beat Goodridge for quality and fitment, http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/index.php/toyota/supra/brake-parts.html Both types in stock as well the Porterfield fast road or track pads. Guest Budz86
I have had Do Luck lines on both mine now and am very impressed. A word of warning though, when fitting they can be a little snug so its best to run a tap down the thread first, will pop straight in then! Chris Wilson
Be VERY careful what you buy. My supplier made a perfect fit set of lines for 3 years, then, unannounced, changed the design. the U shaped clips that hold the fittings to the chassis tabs didn't fit properly, and there was insufficient thread engagement from the steel pipe tube nuts into the stainless hose end fittings. Goodridge is expensive, but they seem to supply a well fitting hose. I see some right abortions with pipes with no retaining clips, poor thread engagement, and wrong groove diameter in the fittings so the U clips are loose, or can't be inserted.
