David P
You can buy cheapo's cheaply, or the same cheapo's with a trendy sticker for a lot more. I fitted 4 x pairs (8 bulbs & 8 capacitors) of ebay cheapo's to mine 3 years ago and have only needed to replace two of the capacitors during this time. Went with 4,300k (white light) for headlamp, dipped and spots, with 3,000k (yellow) for fogs. Blue ones attract boys in blue. Nic
Personally I'd fit a set of good quality bulbs instead, eg. Osram Night Breaker Plus or Philips X-tremeVision Edited August 4, 2013 by Nic (see edit history)
David P
thanks David ;-) Just edited my first post to add; "Blue ones attract boys in blue". I used the whitest ones for maximum see-abillity, which's what it's all about for me. Graham1984
Can't remember really, I brought these last week as I went to glass headlights and they work fine http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/9006-HB4-4300K-35W-HID-XENON-REPLACEMENT-BULBS-/370535570067?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5645a41a93 Beware these don't have the ballasts though and I just used my other similar ones which fitted fine. The original full set 2xlights and 2x ballasts were about £25 iirc and the seller was in Portsmouth.
