Black_Supra
Hey Guys, yesterday we installed the build head on the build block (both planned 0,15 MM) So after everything was installed we installed the GSC S2 Cams. Exhaust 11 O`clock, Intake 3 O´clock, installed cap 3 and 7 and then the rest. Installed for first OEM Cam Gears and turned camshafts and crankshaft to bottom end and put on the timing belt. Then we turned the engine slowly by hand, very carefully and valves and pistons come together ... so, here is the GSC Cam Card How we have to go on that we will get no issures with valve/piston knocking ??? Chris Wilson
What pistons? Do the cam makers stipulate none stock valve reliefs in the pistons? Are you SURE you have them timed up exactly right? 10mm lift isn't a huge amount, are you au fait with cam timing, or are you not happy you have it right? You NEED a timing disc on crank and dial gauge on bucket?
