Hi guys,

new to the supra world..!

does anyone know the part number for this top rear coolant hose?

as it decided it didnt want to live anymore and spit steam everywhere earlier today!!

I have a road trip coming up on friday and need to replace it before then.. Would people reccomend changing any other hoses whilst im at it.. if so where should I get them from bearing in mind time?

if I can get a full set that would be ace too as I dont want another pipe to end up doing the same!

Or replace with good quality silicon hose which you can get from lots of suppliers, just type

silicon hose into google and you'll get

sfsperformance.co.uk

viperperformance.co.uk

siliconhoses.com

etc etc

I have 10 litres of Coolred coolant you have for £20, under half price.

I'd replace all the hoses if it were mine

I havent really got time to order anything fancy just now but I probably will stick some on order.. might have to go into toyota and try and order a set dont really know what the system consists of.. hopefully they have some in stock!

new pipes could be a good shout as I think the ones that are on it have had it

thanks for the offer matey but I have a load of coolant already :)

That rear pipe is a known weak point, Im pretty sure the rest of the pipework will be OK for the mean time.

thats precisely the information I was after! so that means I can order this.. do a fluid change to help flush it.. do my trip.. fit a set of new silicone swanky hoses and another fluid change for good measure and be sorted :) thanks :)

although ive yet to find somewhere that does a complete kit for the NA engine

I doubt you'll get a complete kit for those hoses, personally Id just get Toyota parts, but to be warned, that pipe is nearly 30 quid!

when i read that I just looked a little like your avatar!

does it come with clips?.. made of gold?.. I can see a couple of the main hoses in samco silicone style so il get those but the rest will have to be Mr.T then!

Awesome nice one :) seemed to have developed a nice misfire now as well... Think it must of sprayed some coolant down number 6 lol

Really common mate, you can actually just get a hoover and tape one of those 5 litre fuel can nozzles to the end of it and it will fit straight over the spark plug and suck all the water out. Failing this you can use a rolled up piece of paper and watch it absorb the water!
