Haha! No chance rich! I reeeeally need to get rid of my old rusty shit one!

it doesn't come with glass so I need to find someone to swap them for me.. And I'm guessing il need a new window seal too

Anyone know any glass fitters?

Finally got the engine out of the van with my new hoist and on to the stand so I can start cleaning it all down and getting it ready for a new TT gasket

Bought myself a snowfoam lance :D great fun and does a really good job in fairness! Would recommend them as a prewash!

Had some brackets powder coated chrome + anthricite.. battery tie/rad mounts etc..

And the inlet manifold coated anthracite along with a few other bits that I should have back in the next few days

Stuck on what colour to do the valve covers as they are quite pitted so may have to go black as i think the anthricite may show imperfections.. il get some pictures up of the other brackets etc tomorrow :) will be powdercoating the engine mounts too chrome i think.

question... would it be safe to powdercoat engine pulleys or not?

Thanks guys :)

Every time I look at this thread it makes me feel lazy and makes my bank balance shrink.

Keep up the good work lol

What's a bank balance?! I haven't had one of them for years..! This car hobby thing is worse than a drug addiction I'm convinced haha!

New rear anti roll bar arrived today.. Think il get it powdercoated before I fit it though probably go yellow to match the calipers, not really going to be able to see it but it certainly won't rust lol!

Sprayed the underneath of the wheel well Matt black..

Battery tie and rad mounts.. The rad mounts will make more sense with an Ali rad and the battery will probably be relocated to the boot but I figured why not didn't charge any extra to do them :)
