also fixed up the beemer with new front bumper/brock wheels/track light and have some bonnet pins/quick release bumper catches on their way soon..

15mm rear spacers will be fitted tomorrow so I rolled the arches on the supra earlier in preparation.. seemed to work well!

Your Supra looks very nice.

I like that a lot, you must spend hours keeping it so clean.

Alongside my supra I have an E36 that i'm very slowly turning into a track car (Very slowly as in its been sat for 18months now :( )

ahh nice :) they are good track cars as bits are just so cheap!!

 

detailsss.. well it started out life as a 316..

 

stripped it out welded the diff..

2.8litre engine + box

HKS induction and m50 inlet linked to track light

Powerflow catback exhaust

cheapo ebay coilovers

rack spacers

brock 9.5j wheels with parada spec 2 tyres

solid diff mounts, solid gearbox mounts

bride bucket + sparco harness

hydro handbrake with driftworks lines

fan switch, stat and temp guage mounted in heater vent

 

just bought some camber adjustable top mounts too

update for the turbo build:

 

Standalone ECU + 650CC injectors ordered :)

 

spec of the ECU is as follows..

 

ECU Master EMU - Supplied by Lyndon (Nodalmighty)

 

Spec:

 

6 Sequential high impedance injector channels (Ballast resistors required for low impedance injectors)

6 Sequential Ignition channels (high power drivers built in so no igniter(s) required)

Traction control,

Launch control,

Anti Lag,

Flat Shift,

2 Knock channels,

1 wide band channel (built in LSU 4.2 controller. 4.9 to follow),

2 x K type Thermocouple channels,

Built in 4 bar map and baro sensors

Dual maps for ignition, fuel and boost,

Closed loop fuel correction,

Closed loop idle control (4 channel stepper and single/dual PWM idle control),

Closed loop knock correction,

Closed loop Per Gear boost control,

E85 fuel blender map,

NOS Control Maps,

Dual Channel VVTi control,

Oil pressure, AFR, knock and water temp engine shut down parameters,

Android (IOS to follow) BT display app option.

 

Lyndon will be fitting and mapping for me when the rest of the build is together :)

Bit different to how it used to look

Crappy before engine bay shot.. Now if you imagine the crap on the bits you can see..imagine what it was like underneath!!!

Good to get rid of the last bits of barn /farmyard crap and make it fresher!

 

Really starting to look back at how it was when I got it and it looks like a completely different car in many ways

 

Going to look to Powdercoat some more bits as and when I can to further clean it up down there

 

New suspension should look much better under there too ;)

 

Bring on the booost!
