Nic
Your local Toyota dealer, here are the part numbers Caliper rebuild kits (all new seals and piston seal spring) you can get here http://biggred.co.uk/catalogue.php http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/2167/dzvh.jpg Edited July 26, 2013 by Nic (see edit history)

BOB B
Chris Wilson does SS ones, much better.
straightsix
Chris Wilson does SS ones, much better. Really? I stand to be corrected but I thought he only did the brake pad retaining pins for UK brake calipers in stainless? (and caliper pistons)
Chris Wilson
straightsix is right, I only do the pad retaining pins for the UK calipers. And caliper pistons.... I *MAY* have some good used slider pins, or complete caliper carriers. Would need to look.
SilentAgro
my front brakes have quite a loud metallic noise coming from them. It stops when I press the brake pedal. When I last checked them, the small rubber sleeve/collar that goes on the end of the pins had perished (47788A on the image above). Would that cause this issue? Chris Wilson
No. Probably a semi seized caliper piston.
BOB B
Sorry people I thought Chris did those too.
stevie_b
Note that the small rubber collar on the end of each slider pin (called something like an anti-squeal bush) is marked in the workshop manual as a non-reusable part, but Toyota don't include them in their brake refurb kit! Chris Wilson
I could make them, but they'd be silly money, as they would be a right fiddle to manufacture in small quantities.
