Swampy442
Tired of old, brittle coil clips breaking up? Pop to a breakers and rape some late 90s Renaults! 1.6 and 2 litre Meganes and Scenics unless anyone knows any different. Know its old news but thought Id refresh the knowledge One of these
Guest Budz86
Really!? Lol. Never heard that before, although French parts in a supe, not sure about that in case they surrender!
Swampy442
Yeah, hashtag true story! I did a thread on it on ClubAristo a couple of years ago. Id heard a rumour it was true but no proof it worked, it does! http://clubaristo.net/forums/showthread.php?22655-Renault-coil-clips&highlight=renault

Mk4Gaz
Thanks for the tip Is it possible to separate the clips, to save having to cut/join wires. I know it is if you buy replacement coil clips, but obviously they're already in their component parts

Swampy442
The problem Ive had on more than a few JZs is the insulation breaks down right where the loom meets the plug, leading to exposed, corroded wires. I just snip the old plugs off and splice the new ones in
