Coolant temps, what should they be?

Just wanted to check, as I don't have a normal gauge to show how hot the coolant is but only a readout on my dash what should be the a "normal" temperature readout (In Celsius)

Also what would you say the max temp should be?

FYI - Hot Idle on mine is around 92'c with Electric fans on. On track its between 90'c and 98'c

92 is good at idle. On regular motorway driving I see 85. On more spirited bursts I can see up to 98. I've not seen any temps above 100 since I replaced all my cooling parts a few years back. Thermostat, radiator and water pump all got replaced at the same time.

All depends on where you take your temp reading from.

Mine are usually 90ish, but can creep up to 95 at standstill, electric fans bring it right back down though. Don't usually see anything over that unless the car has been driven, stopped and started again a few mins later. Never lasts long though.
