Any one have any clues on this as it is back up for sale? The guy is selling for less than 10 grand with over 20 grand spent on it? Bit fishy? It was back in January yeah, the guys from Norwich, I don't think it is now, he said it was on gumtree but i can't find it. There was a mob number so I txt'd it on the off chance. He rang back and said someone had put a deposit on it, then viewed it today and didn't buy. At the time he said he was selling to move abroad. Now says he's moving apartment?
