Guest micke547
supra TT 6 spd -94 J-spec problem: odometer,ABS-light,airbag-light,oil-pressure and "the yellow engine-light" dont light up, the red exclamationmark, door open, slip-cont,and all the gauges and their lights are working fine. i have checked the fuses both inside the car(5,6,10,13,14,15) and in the enginebay and they all appear to be just fine. i dont know if this have something to do with the problem, but about a week before the warninglights stopped working, the idle on the car changed. at first it did always idle at about 1600 when cold, and then drop to about 7-800 when warm. Now, it idles at 1100 when cold for about 10 sec, then drop to 580-600, when warm it starts at 800,drops to 500 and rises to 580.
Nic
The warning light problem is a common issue caused by dry solder on the warning light PCB. Try doing a diagnostic check to see if there are any stored error codes, see this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?35920-How-To-Check-the-diagnostics-codes&highlight=diagnostic
Guest micke547
Thanks for the answer, went out to the car, disassembled the right side of the top dash to find this I will try to re-solder it, and hope that it fix the problem Edited July 18, 2013 by micke547 (see edit history)
