Shims under braking

Possibly the pads moving slightly because the little spring steel parts Toyota calls "PLATE, PAD SUPPORT" (J-Spec) or "SPACER, FRONT DISC BRAKE PAD" (UK-Spec) are missing or not springy. Does it happen if you reverse, then drive forward and apply the brake?

 

Other possibilities are wear in the sliders (J-Spec calipers), or loose wheel nuts.

It normally at slow speeds (20KM) coming up to a stop but just the very odd time, that makes sense the pads moving
