Basically my heatshield is rattling and I was wondering what the best thing to do would be? Are they safe enough to just remove and leave off? by the looks of it the bolts are well and truly shagged anyways... Anyone got any fixes that are fairly simple to implement without welding? If not is exhaust heat wrap a suitable alternative? anyone got experiences with either set-up? Last thing I want is to roll into my first car show next week with that thing rattling, it's beyond embarrassing.... Cheers Forgot to mention, it's the cat's shield, not the mani. I have a feeling they probably will, at first glance they look as though someone's tried to remove them with a bulldozer...not pretty.
