scott87
The radiator cap is the same on all Supra models 0.9bar. http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/4017/t2hj.jpg I was told 1.1bar. Rang Toyota and they have also said the n/a uses a 1.1bar? Confused now to what i should be running.... Edit Just found 2 different part numbers for tt and non turbo. Non turbo is pulling up a 1.1bar rad cap.. Edited July 16, 2013 by scott87 (see edit history)
Nic
I was told 1.1bar. Rang Toyota and they have also said the n/a uses a 1.1bar? Confused now to what i should be running.... Every JZA80 MKIV Supra uses the same standard 0.9bar radiator cap, I've just double checked the EPC and the part number is the same on every model NA and TT. 16401-62100 is the correct part number for the standard radiator cap for your car, for the sake of a few £'s I would buy one, clean up the radiator where the seal seats against and fit the new rad cap. If you are still having problems then you'll know 100% it's not the radiator cap that's at fault.

Mine has had a 1.1bar on for a while. Strange why Toyota would tell me it is definitely a 1.1bar. There must be some false information somewhere out there then.
