We mourn over this great loss and condemn life for grim days like these, yet we are assured that you can finally rest now and have been delivered with peace at last. Fighting a battle that lasted nearly two years, you managed to reach and celebrate your 23th and final birthday, against all odds. And we sure celebrated properly. A huge car meeting in your honor with the most badass cars on the road, it was an unbelievable experience that we hope touched the very core of your heart. We know you touched ours, when you left us in complete awe of your fury and both unmatched strength and determination that day. To do, one last time, what you always wanted to do most and simply ride one last time into the sunset with the car of your dreams. We’d like to share our eternal gratitude to everyone who helped to make this all possible. We ended with a bang that surely will echo for months to come. You stood and fought bravely, Ricardo, until the very end and are truly a champ in a league of its own. For never dropping your assuring, soothing and always positive attitude, warming everyone’s heart with your mere presence and smiling even when faced by death itself. We will miss you, sayang. Your Father awaits you now, with wide and open arms. Drift through the gates of paradise and receive His grace and everlasting peace. Remember to leave some gas to drive us around when you can finally welcome us all. Until we meet in heaven.
