Iky
As the thread title, Went to the beach this weekend, was a lovely hot day. Stopped at services and noticed puddle under front of the car, near oil sump but a little behind. Checked it and wasn't coolant or oil or gearbox fluid. I had the air con on for about 50 miles of driving. Is this normal? I know air con pipes will have a little condensation but this was like a big puddle of dog piss. Also aircon still seems to work . stevie_b
Yep, position and description sounds like condensation from the aircon. Put a bit on your finger and smell it, or even taste a tiny bit. If it's oil or petrol you'll soon know about it. If it's coolant, it should taste slightly sweet.

The puddle was about a meter square. - - - Updated - - - First thing I checked Just wasn't sure about the amount of it. The puddle was about a meter square. Thanks chaps.
