Guigsy
Hi all. Has anyone had the following happen? picked my car up from the garage today. but i didnt notill till i popped into the bodyshop that the passenger rear light had "cracked" it wasnt ike that before i dropped it in. However i dont think the garage has done anything to it. there is no sign of impact with anything that i can see. and the actual lense area isnt fractured. its just crazed and cracked inside the plastic. It feels like a flat surface and i cant feel the "cracks" ill get a picture later.

ManwithSupra
Looks like that those are stress related. I.e someone has applied a fair bit of pressure to the surface of that at some point - I am guessing the garage. Probably caused by pushing the car in and out of their garage but pushing on the lamp instead of the body. I would be contacting the garage and asking them to replace it. Guigsy
yeah i dont think its pressure thats done it. it would look different i think. more of a crack. Thanks for the offers buys but they need to be UK spec ones not jspecs. And though i have agreed to sell the car, the chap buying it wants some facelift rears anyway after he takes it away so he doesnt seem to mind so much. they are still watertight.
