Chris Wilson
Anyone old enought to remember the DTM series in the early eighties will recall the awesome Zakspeed built turbo Group 5 Capris. A web site has just been created documenting these fabulous beasts. http://www.geocities.com/zakcapriturbo/
Jake
Stox is going to be heaven when he sees that site! I didn't know they ever used Capris in DTM. Seems an odd choice. Capris were famous for their awful handling, weren't they? Not that those car bear any resemblance to a road-going Capri. Rather like the JGTC Supras I suppose. IMO Capri's and bad handling were mainly due to people not being able to control high powered, (for their day) RWD cars. I had a couple of modified Capri's and I never had any problems with them, but I did grow up with RWD. Cool site Chris. I remember them very well.
