Guest decbolton
hi guys, 20 year old, north lincolnshire! having done a few quotes and actually spoken to my insurance company, i can get insured on a uk model or import TT for under a grand (WIN) and i have enough cash to buy a supra, plus i'll be selling my current car (RS133 twingo) which should leave me with enough cash to buy a nice little motor! any advice? Stevo
Welcome to the club! How much is 'enough' cash - what's your budget? Some nice examples in the classified section on here.
Guest decbolton
i won't be purchasing until after my 21st (august) but i don't have a budget as such, i could realistically spend 15k+ however, looking at the classifieds and a few importers less than 10k seems to be about right for what i fancy

safcdixon
Think theres a few of long term members around lincoln, swampy and Ellis, im sure they will post up soon I own a TT auto but if i had the budget i would personally go for the 6speed for future development and for drift, drag and track days, but thats my preference, I love my Auto but if i had the chance i would convert over too 6speed
Guest decbolton
Ah see I'll be turning my mx5 into a track car, and I won't be modding my supra very much for a while at least, then a few years down the line I'll go for a big single etc, but that will be after a lot of research and prep
