aux belt tensioner bearing

Just found this on Supra Forums:

"I just had a bearing failure of my 2JZ accessories belt tensioner pulley. For those that are interested, instead of buying the whole pulley from Toyota you can just replace the bearing itself...it presses out and back in dead easy. The bearing No is 6203 (it's the same bearing for the 1UZ tensioner pulley out of interest, although the UZ pulley itself is bigger).

A simple how too: 14mm socket or ring with long breaker bar and turn clockwise to release tensioner and flip belt off. You'll be disturbed how much force this requires, hence the long breaker needed. The pulley bolt undoes in the normal fashion, so turn anti-clockwise.

Bearing presses out with a 21mm socket (or near enough).... and press the new bearing back in after lubing with a 30mm socket."

I got an SKF bearing - cost less than £3.00 including delivery!
